From summer 2010, the Oxford Intelligence Undergraduate Trainee Programme has an opening for a highly motivated and hard-working undergraduate, who is keen to learn, to perform and to achieve tangible goals during this business assignment. The programme duration will be agreed with each chosen undergraduate, and will typically range between nine and 12 months. Work location is normally home office-based, but with weekly visits to our UK office, situated near Milton Keynes. 

The key role of student trainees is to support the Oxford Intelligence network of business analysts and consultants. In a short period of time undergraduates will gain valuable experience of:

- international trade
- business development
- investment promotion
- public and private sector activity

Key tasks will be to assist our business analysts with corporate, industry, technology and economic research. Those accepted for the trainee programme will normally be studying business studies, economics, marketing, market research, management, accountancy, financial management or similar. Successful applicants will be able to show high levels of proficiency in written English, numeracy and good IT skills. Language skills, particularly French and German, would be an advantage.
